Paper Submission

Conference Proceedings and Preprints

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. Submissions must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors has published elsewhere or has submitted in parallel to any other conference or workshop with proceedings.

Electronic preprints of the accepted papers will be made public on this web page.

Paper Preparation

All submissions must be in PDF format, using the Springer LNCS style files. We suggest that you use their LaTeX2e class file "llncs.cls" and template "llncs.dem" from the Springer web page. Simply download "", which contains all relevant documents. Follow the Springer author guidelines

The length of the submitted paper should not exceed 15 pages, excluding the bibliography and appendices, using the Springer LNCS style. Including bibliography and appendices, the maximal length is 18 pages (strict).

The final version of your paper must be uploaded via Easychair conference management tool  by April 13th, 2015 (24:00h CET). This is a strict deadline, no extensions will be granted.

The review process is double blind. Submissions are to be anonymized as follows:

  • Remove author and institutional information from the author list on the title page.
  • Remove clues from the main text that would directly identify any of the authors.
  • Your own work must be cited in the third person, in a manner that is not traceable to the identity of the authors.

Accepted Papers

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Their authors must be prepared to sign a copyright transfer statement. At least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference and present the paper.
